I find using this makes the wheel want to snap back to the center too much for my liking. Self Centre is the spring force, which pulls the wheel back to the center. This also helps to give the wheel some weight. Tyre Load is a damper effect based on the load on the tires. Setting this too high can make the wheel quite jerky.
